Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@solacecandles.com.

If you purchased a seat at one of our workshops and can no longer make it, please let us know as soon as possible. We can usually offer a refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the workshop is scheduled to begin. Otherwise, please understand that we cannot offer a refund after that as we will not have enough time to find someone to take your place.
