Workshop starts at 2pm on Sunday, April 16, 2023 at 106 S Woodland Blvd in DeLand. 10 seats available.
Make two 9 oz candles in this workshop for complete beginners. You’ll be able to choose one scent per candle and will learn about pouring temperature, mixing temperatures, mathematical calculations, and candle anatomy.
You’ll also learn how to add a single cotton wick to each candle and carefully hand-pour wax into elegant glass vessels.
Includes all the materials needed to make candles, a certificate of completion, a Solace gift box, and 10% off retail items on the day of the workshop.

Candle Care
Candle Care
- To avoid tunneling, allow enough time for melted wax to reach edge to edge
- Slight cracking is normal for natural-based waxes and will not affect candle burning
- Trim wick to ¼” before lighting. For wood wicks, cut low and remove burnt wood to avoid high flames and soot.
Candle Safety
- Keep candles away from children and pets
- Do not burn continuously for more than 4 hours
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Keep on a stable, flat surface away from flammable materials and drafty areas
